16+ Volleyball: Tuesday 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. December 3, 10, 17 (No Dec. 24, 31). $12 for session or $5 drop-in. Municipal Gym.
16+ Open Gym Soccer: Monday 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. December 2, 9, 16, 23, 30. $15 session. $5 Drop-in.
Boot Camp: Ages 16+. Boot Camp Fitness offers custom small group training sessions offered by a Certified Personal Trainer. Our sessions focus on exercises and functional training. A 60-minute workout with a 15-minute ending stretch will improve your core strength and balance. October 22 - December 19. 1x/week $64, 2x/week $96, or $10 drop-in. Classes will be held in the Old Town Hall on Town Street on Tuesday, 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. and Municipal Gym on Thursday, 5:45 - 7:00 p.m.
Gentle Yoga: This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness or yoga experience. Ages 16 and up. Improve your strength and flexibility while decreasing stress. Enjoy moving your body and breathing mindfully! Sunday: November 17 - December 22. 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Senior Center. Wednesday: December 18 - February 5. (No Dec. 25 & Jan. 1) 6:30-7:30 p.m. $60 for each 6 week session or $15 for a single class.

Skyhawks Hoopster Tots Basketball Ages 2-5: Learning basketball has never been more fun! These classes focus on dribbling, shot technique, passing and teamwork. Adjustable hoops and appropriately-sized basketballs are used to always provide just the right amount of challenge. *Parent participation required for ages 2-3.5 years. Mad Science STEM Odyssey for Grades 1-3: Join the Mad (Science) Labs program after school for a hands-on exploration of sights, sounds, nature, and more! Optical illusions, the secret components of white light and hidden rainbows, and movies explore our sense of sight. Other senses, such as taste and hearing are investigated too. Thursdays, January 7 - February 11. 3:15 - 4:15. (1/14 and 2/11 - 2:15 - 3:15 p.m. early dismissal). East Haddam Elementary School. Cost: $143.
Home School Family Open Gym: Open gym offers a safe place for homeschool families to get together, burn off some energy, and have fun! Bring your families and sports/game equipment to the Municipal Gym. Parks & Rec equipment is available upon request. Suitable for all ages.Tuesday, December 3, 10, 17 (No Dec 24 & 31). Registration required. $5 per family.
