Youth Wrestling- Strike Zone

Strike zone has been providing training for 21 years. We are a full combat sports training facility consisting of wrestling, boxing, mma, jiu-jitsu, and judo.

We offer beginner to advanced knowledge in each area.

We focus on developing solid wrestling fundamentals while offering advanced techniques as athletes progress.

We teach mental and physical preparation for combat sports.

Wrestling season is 11/27/23- 3/30/24

Classes at Strike Zone, 111 Loomis Road, Colchester, CT: Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00-6:30 p.m

Open Mat Times for extra work or one on one instruction:
Friday 6:00-9:00 p.m. & Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

December: 11/27-12/27/23
January: 1/3-1/31/24
February: 2/5-2/28/24
March: 3/4-3/27/24

Cost: $100 per month
