18+ Pick-up Basketball
: Monday 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31. $20 for session or $5 drop-in. Municipal Gym.

30+ Pick-up Basketball: Sunday 9:00 - 11:00 a.m., March  2, 9, 16, 23, 30. $20 for session or $5 drop-in. East Haddam Elementary Gym.

16+ Volleyball: Tuesday 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. March  4, 11, 18, 25. $16 for session or $5 drop-in. Municipal Gym.

High School Boys Volleyball: Open gym. Thursdays, March 13 - May 8 (No April 17) with Coach Barry Thiele 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Municipal Gym $24 for 8 weeks, $5 drop-in.

Indoor Youth Soccer: Grades K-1 & 2-3, Boys & Girls. Wednesdays, March 19, 26, April 2, 9. Grades 2-3: 3:15 - 4:15 p.m. Grades K-1: 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. East Haddam Elementary School. $60 for session.

Youth Spring Soccer: Pre K - Grade 6. Pre-K (Age 4) - K: Soccer skills and drills with CAS Coaches. Saturdays, April 26 - June 7, 2:00 - 2:55 p.m. $70. Grades 1 - 6: Two days of soccer fun! Saturdays, April 26 - June 7, Grades 1 - 2: 3:00 - 3:55 p.m. Grades 3 - 6: 4:00 - 4:55 p.m. Tuesday Games, April 29 - June 3, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. $85. Registration Deadline April 6.

Boot Camp: Ages 16+. Boot Camp Fitness offers custom small group training sessions offered by a Certified Personal Trainer.  Our sessions focus on exercises and functional training.  A 60-minute workout with a 15-minute ending stretch will improve your core strength and balance. March 11 - May 1. 1x/week $64, 2x/week $96, or $10 drop-in. Classes will be held in the Old Town Hall on Town Street on Tuesday, 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. and Municipal Gym on Thursday, 5:45 - 7:00 p.m.

Gentle Yoga: This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness or yoga experience. Ages 16 and up. Improve your strength and flexibility while decreasing stress. Enjoy moving your body and breathing mindfully! Sunday: February 23 - March 30. 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Senior Center. Wednesday: February 26 - April 2. 6:30-7:30 p.m. $60 for each 6 week session or $15 for a single class.

Pickleball Clinic 201: Wednesday, March 5, 12, 19, 26. 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. Clinic for newer players looking to drill and improve skills. $40 for all 4 days. 

Pickleball Small Group Lesson: Available dates- Wednesdays, March 5, 12, 19, 26. 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. Private lesson for a group of 2-4 people. $24/group for 90 min. Lesson.

American Red Cross CPR for Babysitter Class: This is an extension of our ARC Babysitting Course. It is open to all those who have previously taken our babysitting class. This class will certify babysitters in Basic First Aid as well as Infant and Child CPR. Ages 11 - 18. March 4 & 11, 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. Parks & Rec Activity Room, Municipal Building. Cost $76.

Food Explorers: Each week you’ll make a dessert inspired by favorite holiday flavors and foods. You’ll be making: Strawberry Lemonade Pies, Carrot Cake Donuts, Chocolate Banana Cupcakes, and Raspberry Vanilla Whoopie Pies. All recipes are nut-free but may contain dairy, eggs, and gluten. Wednesdays, April 23 - May 14. 3:15 - 4:15 p.m. East Haddam Elementary School. Cost $84.

Wildlife Wonders with LEGO: Grades K-2. Design and build your way through the animal kingdom, from sea to safari, using tens of thousands of LEGO parts. With the guidance of an experienced Play-Well instructor, you'll recreate diverse habitats while crafting animals in their natural surroundings. Your animal adventure awaits! Thursdays, March 20, 27, April 3 and 10, 3:15-4:45 p.m. East Haddam Elementary School. Cost: $100.

Home School Family Open Gym: Open gym offers a safe place for homeschool families to get together, burn off some energy, and have fun! Bring your families and sports/game equipment to the Municipal Gym. Parks & Rec equipment is available upon request. Suitable for all ages.Tuesday, March 4, 11, 18, 25. 1:00 -2:00 p.m. Registration required. $5 per family.

Stop the Bleed Course: This is a FREE 60-90 minute class presented by STOP THE BLEED, American College of Surgeons. Learn how to stop bleeding until the First Responders arrive.Third Monday of every month. Next class is March 17, 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Municipal Building, Meeting Room 3.

Safe Boating Course: Successful completion of the class qualifies a person to purchase their Certificate of Personal Watercraft Operation (CPWO) for $50 on the Online Sportsmen Licensing System. Visit our website for additional details. Tuesday April 29 & Wednesday April 30 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. Ages: 12+ Municipal Office Complex Fee: $25 Registration deadline: April 22.
