Late Pick-up Policy


Late Pick-Up Policy

1. Pick-Up Hours: The designated pick-up hours for participants are as stated in the program schedule. It is imperative that participants are picked up promptly at the end of the program day.

2. Late Pick-Up Definition: A late pick-up is defined as any instance where a participant is not picked up within 10 minutes after the designated pick-up time.

3. Notification: If a participant is unable to be picked up on time, the person responsible for pick-up must notify the program supervisor as soon as possible. Contact information for program staff will be provided for such circumstances.

4. Late Pick-Up Charges: A late pick-up fee of $1 per minute will be charged directly to the instructor beyond the designated pick-up time. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with staff overtime and supervision.

5. Repeated Offenses: In the event of repeated late pick-ups the child will be withdrawn from the program without a refund. We reserve the right to taking other measures if deemed necessary.

6. Emergency Contacts: Participants must provide emergency contact information, including alternate pick-up arrangements, in case of unexpected delays or emergencies.

7. Supervision: Participants who are not picked up on time will be supervised by program staff until they are safely picked up. However, extended supervision beyond the designated pick-up time may not always be possible and may incur additional charges.

8. Policy Review: This policy will be periodically reviewed and may be revised as necessary to ensure effectiveness and alignment with the program and regulations.

By enrolling in any of our programs, participants and their guardians agree to adhere to the late pick-up policy outlined above.
