Get back to basics with a fitness BOOT CAMP class! These online sessions will focus on exercises and functional movements like push-ups, squats and sit-ups. We provide a great 60-minute workout with 15-minute stretch that will improve your core strength and balance. Participants have used our class for weight loss and general fitness. Once registered, we will email you a zoom link that you can click on to join the class for online days.
Tuesdays – 6:00 pm Outside and In-person
In case of inclement weather class will be held via zoom.
