Get back to basics with a fitness BOOT CAMP class! These in person sessions focus on exercises and functional movements. A 60-minute workout with a15-minute ending stretch that will improve your core strength and balance. Participants have used our class for weight loss and general fitness. In case of inclement weather, class will be held indoors at a variety of locations including the Municipal Gym and Old Town Hall.
