These classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness or yoga experience. Ages 16 and up. Increase your strength and flexibility while decreasing stress. Gentle Yoga Class: This class will run on Wednesdays and offers both an in-person and virtual option. If you would like to attend class in-person we will meet in the Parks and Rec Activity Room (right across from the gym) in the Municipal Building, 1 Plains Road, Moodus. If you prefer the virtual option we will share a link to our Facebook Live page (Facebook account required) upon registration.
