Gentle Yoga Class: These classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness or yoga experience. Ages 16 and up. Increase your strength and flexibility while decreasing stress. Enjoy moving your body and breathing mindfully!
Wednesdays, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
This class will run on Wednesdays and offers both an in-person and virtual option. If you would like to attend class in-person we will meet at the Senior Center most days. Please see details below. If you prefer the virtual option we will share a link to our Facebook Live page (Facebook account required) upon registration.

Classes will be held at the Senior Center every Wednesday except for the dates of January 7, February 4, March 4, April 1. Class will take place in the Parks and Rec Activity Room on these first Wednesdays of the month.
Sunday In-Person Gentle Yoga Class
This class will be held Sundays at the East Haddam Senior Center. In-person option only.
