Summer Day Camp 2024
Dates: July 8th – August 16th, 2024
Hours: 8:00am-3:00pm
After Care hours available most days 3:00pm-5:00pm (additional fee)
Grades: 1-8 (Fall 2024)
Location: Nathan Hale-Ray Middle School, 73 Clark Gates Road, Moodus, East Haddam Elementary School (45 Joe Williams Road alternate location due to Middle School Maintenance), and Town Beach on Fridays (weather permitting), 291 East Haddam-Colchester Turnpike, Moodus
Cost:
$175/week (Weeks 1, 3, 4, 5)
$195/week (Weeks 2&6 as fee includes Cave Hill admission and BBQ lunch)
All 6 Weeks: $1000
After Care Fee:
$60/week (Weeks 1, 3, 4, 5)
$48/week (Week 2)
$36/week (Week 6)
***Field trips are an additional fee and separate registration and must be accompanied by camp registration. Only Cave Hill trips are included in weekly fee.***

As part of the registration process, a number of forms must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the start of camp. These include...
- health assessment
- permission slip portion of summer camp guide
- administration of medication (if your child needs to take medication at camp)
- waivers for kayaking, Adventure Park at Storrs, and Flight Trampoline Park if your child will be attending

You can upload documents online to your account by following these steps:
1. Login to your account
2. Select family member attending camp
3. Click on required document
4. Click on upload next to form
Forms may also be mailed (EHPR PO Box 385, Moodus, CT 06469), emailed to Lisa.conroy@easthaddam.org, or dropped off at the Parks and Rec Office (1 Plains Road, Moodus, CT).
