Gentle Yoga Class: These classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness or yoga experience. Ages 16 and up. Increase your strength and flexibility while decreasing stress. Enjoy moving your body and breathing mindfully! Wednesdays, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.   This class will run on Wednesdays and offers both an in-person and virtual option. If you would like to attend class in-person we will meet at the Senior Center most days.
