Gentle Yoga - Sunday In-Person Gentle Yoga April 26-May 31, 2026 Gentle Yoga Class: These classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness or yoga experience. Ages 16 and up. Increase your strength and flexibility while decreasing stress. Enjoy moving your body and breathing mindfully! Heartsaver CPR/AED & First Aid - Heartsaver CPR/AED and First Aid Monday, June 1, 2026 Heartsaver CPR/AED & First Aid: (Ages 14+)The AHA's Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. This course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age - adults (about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age). The course also teaches participants how to care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, and hot and cold weather emergencies. Participants who successfully complete this course will receive an American Heart Association completion certificate valid for 2 years. Participant Manual included with course fee ($108). This course completes the requirements for babysitting, childcare workers, athletic coaches and camp counselors. It is the goal of the Noises Academy to build confidence and love for the game. Hope to see you this June. SoftballThis camp will focus on individual skills and team development. Athletes will learn appropriate skills through specific drills and activities. Skills taught will include: the mechanics of throwing, catching, base running, bunting, and hitting. In addition, softball concepts like playing infield and playing outfield will be taught. Basic game strategies will also be explored. Finally, campers will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of fun activities that may or may not be softball related! The Hale Ray staff will be represented by Coach Pernal and Cailey Botteon. In addition, there will be a variety of current Hale Ray HS players helping out. Participants should bring their own glove, bat & helmet (if you have them), a water bottle, a snack & a good attitude.VolleyballCoach Sweet and her staff are committed to providing a great camp experience for all athletes. Gentle Yoga - Sunday In-Person Gentle Yoga June 14-August 2, 2026 Gentle Yoga Class: These classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness or yoga experience. Ages 16 and up. Cheerleading Activities and Camps - Cheer Camp Week 1: June 29-July 2 Cheer Camp
Cheer camp will teach age-appropriate fundamental cheerleading and dance skills including cheerleading motion technique, dances, jumps, tumbling and stunts presented in a safe environment. No experience necessary. Coach Corbett will provide a welcoming and supportive environment for anyone who has ever been interested in trying cheerleading!
