Middle School Track Club with Coach Sarah Anderson for Grades 4-8    Track Club will introduce students to the sport of track. This will include pacing, technique, hydration, nutrition, stretching, baton hand-offs and racing. Sessions will be fun with learning AND mental and physical exertion! Overall goal is to increase speed and endurance while learning a lifelong individual, healthy activity. Track Club will be run by Sarah Anderson, avid runner and triathlete. Program will be held if raining; cancelled by 2pm if thunder/lightning. There will be no make-up dates. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Don’t forget a water bottle. Heartsaver CPR/AED & First Aid: The AHA's Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. This course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age - adults (about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age). The course also teaches participants how to care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, and hot and cold weather emergencies. Participants who successfully complete this course will receive an American Heart Association completion certificate valid for 2 years. Participant Manual included with course fee ($70). This course completes the requirements for babysitting, childcare workers, athletic coaches and camp counselors.

REGISTRATION LIMITED TO 16 PLAYERS.Basketball Guidelines 2021 We are so excited to be back together! We have put these guidelines in place to help keep everyone as safe as possible. Please understand, this won't be easy, but it's what we must do to make this happen. Your anticipated cooperation is very much appreciated!  Please wear a mask at all times…including during active play. You may remove briefly for a sip of water. You are welcome to take a mask break outside when needed.  Please use hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting gym. You must register on our website and pay in full prior to the first day of play. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability Form and temperature check must be completed prior to playing. Please remember if you do not feel well please stay home. No high fives, fist bumps, shaking hands, etc. Please sit 6 feet apart in bleachers with masks on when not playing. Bleachers and other high touch points will be cleaned and disinfected at end of session daily. Please arrive no earlier than 15 min prior to start of session. We ask that all leave promptly at the conclusion of session and remain socially distanced as exiting. Please do not use water fountains. You may use water bottle refill portion of fountain only. At conclusion of each game, the basketball will be cleaned and sanitized. Non-compliance of any guidelines will result in immediate withdrawal from program with no refund. Please bring 2 shirts - one light and one dark color.

Skill sets of ball handling, shooting, passing, trapping, 1 v 1, defense, decision making, movement off the ball, and much more.  It is the goal of the Noises Academy to build players' confidence and love for the game.  Hope to see you this June! Baseball- The baseball camp offers personal and group instruction in all phases of the game. Coach Gable and his staff will provide proper instruction and drills to enhance the skill level of each individual. Campers will be instructed in fundamentals including hitting, pitching, infield & outfield positioning, catching, baserunning, bunting, sliding and much more. Baseball is for boys entering grades 3rd-7th. Softball- This week-long softball camp will focus on skill and team development. Athletes will learn how to compete with one another and focus on instilling a foundation of core mechanics in the sport of softball. Skills taught will include: the mechanics of throwing, catching, base running and hitting as well as how to hit with intent and developing the mindset of an infielder and outfielder. Join us to get an inside look of a variety of drills and games that are done at the high school level every day with our coaches and players. Hale-Ray coaching staff will be represented by Coach Pernal and Coach Madonna            and a variety of current HRSB players. Basketball- Run by Hale-Ray’s Coach Zdunczyk, Coach Madonna and Coach Sweet. The basketball clinic, open to boys and girls entering grades 3rd - 9th, is designed to improve fundamental skills for the game of basketball at all levels.  Players attending will work to improve on their overall basketball skills and foster enthusiasm for the game.  Team games and competitions will be part of the experience!  Individual shooting will be a priority for the players attending!  We look forward to seeing you this summer! Cross Country/Track- Get a jump start on your summer training on a beautiful cross-country course. Enjoy a week of long runs, recovery runs, fartlek training, hill runs, form drills, core work, and high activity games led by Hale-Ray’s High School Coach Kraszewski and Coach Culmone. Track skills and events will also be taught. Please be sure to dress appropriately to practice and wear sneakers. Please bring a water bottle, snack and a towel. Volleyball- Coach Sweet and her staff are committed to providing a great camp experience to all athletes. Skill sets of ball handling, shooting, passing, trapping, 1 v 1, defense, decision making, movement off the ball, and much more.  It is the goal of the Noises Academy to build players' confidence and love for the game.  Hope to see you this June! Baseball- The baseball camp offers personal and group instruction in all phases of the game. Coach Gable and his staff will provide proper instruction and drills to enhance the skill level of each individual. Campers will be instructed in fundamentals including hitting, pitching, infield & outfield positioning, catching, baserunning, bunting, sliding and much more. Baseball is for boys entering grades 3rd-7th. Softball- This week-long softball camp will focus on skill and team development. Athletes will learn how to compete with one another and focus on instilling a foundation of core mechanics in the sport of softball. Skills taught will include: the mechanics of throwing, catching, base running and hitting as well as how to hit with intent and developing the mindset of an infielder and outfielder. Join us to get an inside look of a variety of drills and games that are done at the high school level every day with our coaches and players. Hale-Ray coaching staff will be represented by Coach Pernal and Coach Madonna            and a variety of current HRSB players. Basketball- Run by Hale-Ray’s Coach Zdunczyk, Coach Madonna and Coach Sweet. The basketball clinic, open to boys and girls entering grades 3rd - 9th, is designed to improve fundamental skills for the game of basketball at all levels.  Players attending will work to improve on their overall basketball skills and foster enthusiasm for the game.  Team games and competitions will be part of the experience!  Individual shooting will be a priority for the players attending!  We look forward to seeing you this summer! Cross Country/Track- Get a jump start on your summer training on a beautiful cross-country course. Enjoy a week of long runs, recovery runs, fartlek training, hill runs, form drills, core work, and high activity games led by Hale-Ray’s High School Coach Kraszewski and Coach Culmone. Track skills and events will also be taught. Please be sure to dress appropriately to practice and wear sneakers. Please bring a water bottle, snack and a towel. Volleyball- Coach Sweet and her staff are committed to providing a great camp experience to all athletes. Girls entering grades 3rd-9th can expect a fun and educational camp environment. Fundamental skills such as setting, passing, blocking, spiking, and positioning will be introduced throughout the week. The Noises Sports Academy volleyball camp promises to give campers the skills they need to take their game to the next level! We look forward to seeing you this summer! Cheerleading- Cheer camp, open to those entering grades 1-9, will teach age appropriate fundamental cheerleading and dance skills including cheerleading motion technique, dances, jumps, tumbling and stunts presented in a safe environment. No experience necessary. Coach Gibb and her staff provide a welcoming and supportive environment for anyone who has ever been interested in trying cheerleading!
